How My Journey Began

I’m Teresa, a Certified Life Coach and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

My interest in coaching started back in 2001. I felt stuck with my life and had an urge to change. I didn’t know how or what to do to achieve that change. I felt overwhelmed, confused, frustrated and empty. I decided to work with a Life Coach. She guided me to discover my inner resources, my inner power and helped me understand what I really wanted to do, and what goals to pursue and achieve.

Working with a Life Coach has changed my life. Especially the way I see my life today. It is not perfect but through coaching and NLP, I found the courage to change jobs, take a sabbatical and start my spiritual path. I also found the courage and strength to start my life over and move to the United States.

We don’t need major changes to feel fulfilled, but we need to connect and listen to our soul to find a purpose that makes us feel accomplished.

My life purpose is to help you reach that mindset and make sure you feel comfortable and motivated to follow your new path!
